At URLStart, we offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible products, specifically Shared, Cloud, Reseller, and WordPress Hosting packages, subject to the following terms and conditions:


Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days for annual plans. Monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e., multiple services or multiple signups are not eligible for refunds).
  • Refunds are not granted to accounts closed due to violations of our Terms of Service (TOS).
  • Upgrades or downgrades of existing products are not refundable. Users will be responsible for any modifications made to their account.
  • Existing customers are not eligible for refunds. The 30-day refund policy applies only to new account sign-ups.
  • If you have an existing product and order a new product, the refund policy does not apply. However, a 10-day credit-back guarantee will be provided in your URLStart wallet.

Billing and Refund Process

  • Refunds for eligible products must be requested within the specified period (30 days for annual plans). Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and issued via the original payment method.
  • URLStart reserves the right to deny refund requests if there are policy violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity detected.

Verification & Fraud Prevention

Refunds will not be processed if your account fails verification or if fraud or abuse is detected. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with our policies. Any suspicious activity, including but not limited to fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized account activity, may result in the denial of a refund.


Exclusions

  • Domain-Related Services: Domains registered, transferred, or renewed through URLStart are non-refundable.
  • VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud Servers: These services are non-refundable.
  • Setup Fees and Licenses: Any fees for service setup or software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk) are non-refundable.

Additional Conditions

  • No refund will be provided for services suspended due to violations such as email abuse, inappropriate content, illegal activity, malware, phishing, spamming, or account overuse.
  • No refunds will be issued for services purchased using a credit balance.
  • Duplicate accounts created to exploit the 30-day refund policy will be banned or terminated. We may request government-issued ID verification in such cases.

If you wish to request a refund, please submit a cancellation request via the client area and open a support ticket. Refunds will be processed according to the guidelines outlined above. Please note, that any refund granted under special circumstances will only be credited back to your URLStart wallet.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Request: To cancel your service, you must submit a cancellation request through our customer support portal or by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
  • Renewals: If you do not wish to renew your service, you must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before your renewal date. Failure to do so will result in the automatic renewal of your service for the same term length.
  • Account Access: Upon cancellation, your account and data will be removed from our servers within 24-48 hours. It is your responsibility to back up any data you wish to retain before cancellation takes effect.
  • Domain Names: Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable. If you cancel your service, you may transfer your domain to another registrar or allow it to expire.
